Solono
This is our pristine, white full remodel. We took beautiful clean white throughout the house, from the laundry room to the master bedroom and into a new marble and white master bath. We added a pop of color to the new half bath. We did brand new floors with new light fixtures and fun accessories as well
Pasadena
McDowell Mountain Builders cleared the existing home on the lot for this beautiful Paradise Valley custom home inside and out. The team worked closely with the homeowners to design and build this contemporary 3,400-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 4-bath home featuring a luxurious custom kitchen with an oversized island, 14-foot ceilings throughout, custom fireplace and wine cellar wall, and 10 x 20-foot sliding patio doors off entertainment areas to bring the indoors out and the outdoors in. A septic tank was removed, and city sewer was added, along with new bathrooms that include custom vanities and lighting. The primary bedroom and bath now boast a Dato quartz soaking tub, a walk-in custom closet and a secondary laundry room. Luxury features extend outdoors with fully landscaped front and back yards, a new pool and patio equipped with an outdoor kitchen.
North 100th
Full gut remodel of this 4,200-square-foot Desert Mountain home included the relocation of the kitchen, a bathroom, and reconfigured layouts. The new home design includes an open floor plan; the addition of large glass doors and windows to capture stunning mountain views; an expansive fireplace and entertainment wall with beautiful Italian tile accents and the installation of an oversized stainless-steel fan. Luxury features include a walk-in wine cellar; a large walk-in closet in the primary ensuite with a zero edge roll-in curbless shower.
130th Place
Extensive remodel of a 4,500-square-foot home in North Scottsdale, originally built in the early 2000s. Created a modern, open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Removed existing pillars and walls, adding a 40-foot structural beam and raised ceilings in living and dining areas. Installed oversized bifold doors to capture majestic mountain views and added new lighting and flooring. Newly updated powder room and complete custom kitchen redesign with adjoining wet bar between kitchen and family room, along with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry. Also added an al fresco kitchen and outdoor entertainment area and converted three single-car garage spaces into a single-car and two-car garage with a custom garage door design.
Voltaire
The remodel of this 3,100-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 2 ½-bath home in Scottsdale included a transformation of the existing kitchen into custom craftsman design. Installed new LVP floors throughout, as well as new lighting and all new interior doors. Reconfigured primary bathroom layout and added new vanities and finishes to all the bathrooms.
Hedgehog Project
A full gut remodel that included the reconfiguration and build-out of 4 bathrooms; the addition of a new ensuite bedroom; the installation of polished marble flooring; new interior and exterior doors, including a beautiful African Mahogany front door.

Home remodel in Ancala West included removal of multiple walls and pillars, adding structural beams to create an open concept. New luxury kitchen design and layout; addition of fireplace and entertainment area in family room; installation of elegant hardwood flooring and new doors throughout. The new primary bathroom design features an extra-large shower with book-matched stone slab fit for royalty.
Tempehouse
Transformed this three-level house in Tempe to a single-level home with an entirely new floorplan. Open concept design required filling in the sunken living room and removal of multiple walls. Relocated kitchen to back of the house; added primary bath and walk-in closet; replaced all interior and exterior doors and moved front door to new location. Created a home office with glass partitioned doors.
